Returns from Internally Displaced Person Campus, Northern Uganda

My office at the US Agency for International Development, the Office of Transition Initiatives, had a program working in the areas affected by the Lords' Resistance Army insurgency in northern Uganda. The LRA had been pushed out and people were coming home, and this map was designed to help staff on the ground with their program decision making. IDP stands for Internally Displaced People, meaning people who fled their homes (but did not leave the country.)
